Castle Hill
Knock-out and replacement of a 12-year-old plain concrete drive that had cracked at three points and lifted at the council crossover. Reactive clay site — we deepened the road base to 200mm and increased reinforcement to SL92. Finished with a custom aggregate blend matched to the brickwork.
Kellyville
Full pool-surround replacement coordinated with the pool builder on a tight three-week window. Slip-rated honed finish, drainage falls designed away from the coping, expansion joints positioned out of the main view from the alfresco. Sealer applied at correct dilution — won't bubble in the first summer.
Marsden Park
Ground-floor slab for a small mechanical workshop — N40 mix, SL102 mesh + bar reinforcement at thickened edges, coordinated with the structural engineer's shop drawings. Poured in a single day with three crews on the screed. Level within 4mm across the full slab — confirmed with a laser before sign-off.

Dan visits the site, measures the area, and walks through finish options with you. A written quote arrives within 24 hours — scope, materials, finish type, and timeline all confirmed in writing.
We excavate to the correct depth, remove any existing surface, compact the base with a plate compactor, and install formwork and reinforcement steel. The base is where cheap jobs cut corners — ours doesn't.
Concrete is ordered to the correct mix spec, poured, and finished to your chosen style. Expansion cuts are made at correct intervals before the pour sets.
We protect the concrete during the initial cure period. Foot traffic within 24–48 hours. Vehicles after 7 days minimum. Full strength at 28 days. We explain all of this before we leave.
Formwork removed, site cleaned, excess spoil taken away. We walk you through care and maintenance. Job done.
Every pour follows the Australian Standard for concrete structures — N25 to N40 mix specs chosen by load and exposure, not defaulted. Reinforcement specified to the job, not inherited from the last one.
We order from established Western Sydney plants — Boral for most jobs, Hanson where the schedule needs it. Mix is tested on arrival; if it doesn't match the docket, it doesn't get poured.
Public liability cover to $20M plus full workers' compensation, current policy on request. We send the certificate of currency before any work starts on your site — not after.
